Hartford-Neosho Rapids firefighters are investigating after a set of small fires Tuesday.
Several spot fires were noted on the dike north of Hartford and “barely burned anything,” according to District 5 Fire Chief Greg Zumbrunn.
The cause of those fires is currently undetermined.
