Friday will see an Emporia man accused of sexual assault go back to Lyon County District Court for a hearing.
Wyatt Bennett has pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated indecent liberties, two of indecent liberties and two of criminal sodomy. He has a pretrial hearing at 2 pm.
Bennett, 23, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old and illegally touching the teenager between November 2019 and November 2020.
