The Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas Board of Directors has a special meeting Thursday evening.
The agenda includes an executive session for personnel and a separate item for unspecified other business.
This comes as the RDA board nears the end of its search for a new president. Kent Heermann, the RDA president the past 27 years and the only leader in the agency’s history, is set to retire next month and the board has spent the past five months either setting the process for a search or actively searching for a new president.
The meeting is at 5 pm at the Trusler Business Center.
