Next week, the Emporia Public Library will be serving up a delicious and festive new program for the general public.
The library will be hosting Muffins with the Mrs. beginning next Monday every morning at 10 am at the library. The new event is a replacement to the library’s annual Breakfast with Santa event in an effort to break up any potential large gatherings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Library Director Robin Newell says it will be a fun and festive event the entire family can enjoy.
Muffins with the Mrs. will run through next Friday with every session beginning at 10 am inside the library and lasting roughly an hour. On Tuesday, the library will be hosting an evening session that begins at 6 pm.
