Osage City Police are asking for help in finding the person or people responsible for several alleged auto burglaries recently.
The department says several auto burglaries were noted in the 700 block of Lord Street on Friday. One vehicle had an unlisted amount of cash taken, while a second vehicle had a toolkit containing sockets and wrenches stolen. Those vehicles were unlocked.
There is surveillance video of a white male suspect with a beard, possibly around 4 am. Further descriptive information has not been announced.
Surveillance video from several locations is being reviewed.
