Ultimately, nobody went to the hospital after a crash at Emporia’s 12th and Industrial on Monday morning.
Both agencies responded to a crash involving two vehicles at 12th and Industrial shortly after 7:30 am. One car broadsided the other on the passenger side. Emporia Fire reported seeing three people but none agreed to hospital transports.
Traffic was diverted at the intersection for close to an hour after the crash.

Emporia Police and Emporia Fire/EMS are on the scene of a crash with reported injuries in west Emporia.
Both agencies responded to a crash involving two vehicles at 12th and Industrial shortly after 7:30 am. One car broadsided the other on the passenger side. At least one person is reporting injuries at this time.
Currently, southbound traffic can go through the intersection without issues. Northbound traffic is getting detoured east onto 12th at the intersection. Eastbound traffic is blocked, while westbound traffic can use a nearby parking lot to get around the wreck site.
