The Kansas Jayhawks jumped out to a 10-0 lead and never looked back on the way to a 78-52 win over Texas El Paso Tuesday night.
Ochai Agbaji led Kansas in scoring with 23 points and Christian Braun added 20 points as the Jayhawks improved to 7-1. They will host Missouri Saturday afternoon.
