Lyon County commissioners will look at drainage matters and purchase orders as part of their action meeting Thursday.
On the drainage front, commissioners will discuss a report from the Natural Resources Conservation Society regarding issues in the 800 block of Road 225, as part of a diversion terrace project.
Two purchase orders could be canceled Thursday. Commissioners are looking at canceling a nearly $14,000 purchase order to Electronic Contracting Company for audio-visual work in several courtrooms because that payment had already been issued as part of a separate voucher. Commissioners will also look at canceling a nearly $9,500 purchase order to Urban Collaborative for its work on the city-county Comprehensive Plan. The planning work through Urban Collaborative has ended.
Three executive sessions are planned.
The meeting starts at 9 am at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
