The Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas Board of Directors has three meetings in one when it gathers early Friday.
Board members will start with the normal monthly meeting. Agenda items include reports from board chair Jon Geitz and current president Kent Heermann, along with an update on personnel policy and one executive session.
From there, the board has its annual membership meeting, where board members will issue their reports before a conversation about the RDA’s 2021 annual report.
The annual reorganizational meeting follows, with the election of board chair, vice-chair, treasurer and secretary coming along with a discussion of an at-large board member.
The slate of meetings begins at 7 am Friday at the Trusler Business Center.
