Marquette blocked a Kansas State shot with 4 seconds to play and held on for a 64-63 win over the Wildcats.

Marquette took the lead for good with 10 minutes to play in the game. They would lead by as many as 7 before Kansas State cut the deficit to 1 with 19 seconds to play.
Mark Smith led the Wildcats in scoring with 17 points, Ish Massoud added 16 points and Markquis Nowell finished with 11 points.
Kansas State hosts Wisconsin – Green Bay Sunday afternoon.
