Emporia home sales were strong compared to a year ago in the latest data set announced by the Sunflower Association of Realtors.
Sunflower reported 50 home sales last month, compared to 38 units in November 2020. Active listings were at 38, down from 66 last year. There is now less than a month’s worth of supply on the market.
Homes were on the market a median of 12 days, up from seven a year ago. The median sale price was almost $140,000, up from $126,000 a year ago.
For Lyon County outside Emporia, there were 42 homes sold in November, up from 32 a year ago.
