Topeka High held on for a 38-36 win over the Emporia High girls.
Lady Spartan Coach Carolyn Dorsey was pleased with the effort.
Rebecca Snyder led Emporia High with 15 points and Gracie Gilpin added 13 points.
Topeka High rallied for a 45-42 win over the Emporia High boys.
The Spartans led for most of the game until the final 3 minutes.
Emporia High Coach Beau Welch said the difference was Topeka High was able to make easier shots.
River Peters was the lone Spartan in double figures with 18 points.
Emporia High will play their final games before the Christmas Break Friday at Great Bend.
