Lyon County prosecutors have adjusted the list of charges against Lawrence Vaughn in a kidnapping case working through Lyon County District Court.
Prosecutors have dismissed a criminal threat count while adding single counts of aggravated burglary and robbery. Vaughn now faces a single count of kidnapping plus two each of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated burglary, robbery and criminal threat, as well as single counts of criminal deprivation of property and criminal damage.
Vaughn is accused of trying to stop the alleged victim’s breathing as part of separate incidents this past October and November. He is also accused of robbing the alleged victim of her cell phone in the second incident as well as gaining control of her vehicle without the alleged victim’s consent.
