Kansas State will be taking a break in their preparation for the TaxAct Texas Bowl to allow players to spend Christmas with families.
Coach Chris Klieman said that the plan is for Skylar Thompson to play in the bowl game.
Coach Klieman says one of the benefits of playing in a bowl game is the extra time with the team and especially the developmental players.
The Texas Bowl will be played on January 4th.
