Former Kansas City Chief Jared Allen is one of 15 finalists for induction into the Pro Football hall of fame.
Allen began his career with the Chiefs in 2004. He would also play for the Vikings, Bears, and Panthers.
Three players made the cut in their first year of eligibility: wide receiver Andre Johnson, linebacker DeMarcus Ware and returner Devin Hester.
In addition to the modern-era finalists will be senior finalist Cliff Branch, contributor finalist Art McNally and coach finalist Dick Vermeil.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2022 will be announced during NFL Honors Show, which will air Thursday, February 10th.
