Kansas States rally came up short in a 71-69 loss at Oklahoma Saturday. The Wildcats would erase a 15 point 1st half deficit to tie the game with 1:03 to play in the game but would never take the lead.
Mark Smith scored a career-high 25 points and finished with 16 rebounds to lead Kansas State.
Nijel Pack added 17 points and Ish Massoud finished with 13 points.
The Wildcats fall to 8-4 for the season and 0-1 in the Big-12. They are scheduled to host Texas Tuesday night.
