Memphis handed Wichita State its’ most lopsided home loss in 18 season Saturday outscoring the Shockers 82-64.
Memphis used a 26-14 run to turn a 2 point deficit into a 10 point lead and never trailed the rest of the day.
Wichita State did have 3 players score in double-figures led by Tyson Etienne with 17 points.
Dexter Dennis finished with 16 points and Ricky Council added 10 points.
The Shockers fall to 9-4 for the season and 0-1 in the American Conference. They play at Houston next Saturday.
