Area residents may have slick driving conditions Saturday morning.
Chances aren’t great, but the National Weather Service says Lyon and all surrounding counties may see light freezing drizzle. The current forecast calls for freezing drizzle between 5-10 am, with a thin glaze possible on untreated or elevated surfaces like bridges and overpasses.
Overnight temperatures may drop to the low 20s before climbing above freezing well before noon and to near 50 degrees by day’s end. Any freezing drizzle could change to drizzle as temperatures go above freezing until all precipitation is set to end by noon.
