The Kansas City Chiefs will host the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the play-offs in a game to be played Sunday night. The Chiefs became the number 2 seed when Tennessee held on for a 28-25 win over Houston. The Titans receive the first-round bye and will have home field advantage.
Pittsburgh kept their play-off hopes alive with a 16-13 overtime win over Baltimore. Pittsburgh earned the playoff spot when the Las Vegas Raiders outscored the Los Angeles Chargers 35-32 in overtime.
The Chiefs and Steelers will play the Sunday night game with kick-off set for 7:15pm.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes says they have the players to make another run in the post season.
The other AFC first round games will be played Saturday. At 3:30pm Cincinnati hosts the Raiders. In the other game Buffalo hosts New England with kick-off at 7:15pm.
Two NFC playoff games will be played Sunday afternoon, first Tampa Bay hosts Philadelphia with kickoff at 12 noon. At 3:30pm the Dallas Cowboys host San Francisco.
Monday night the Los Angeles Rams host Arizona.
