The three Emporians arrested as part of a suspicious odor call late last week now face formal charges in connection to the incident.
Assistant Lyon County Attorney Laura Miser says Amanda Sibert, Jason Smith and Chasity Stark face identical charges:
*Possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell
*Conspiracy to distribute meth
*Possession of marijuana with intent to sell
*Conspiracy to distribute marijuana
*Possession of meth
*Possession of marijuana
*Felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
The arrests of Sibert, Smith and Stark followed a call to 501 Neosho Apt. 1 on Friday night. Officers have said they smelled marijuana, got a warrant and found handguns, ammunition, ballistic vests, paraphernalia, marijuana, cocaine, meth and over $2,500 in cash.
