An Osage County resident was hurt in a rollover crash north of Emporia early Tuesday afternoon.
Lyon County Deputy Jeff Rodriguez says 73-year-old Diana Berry was westbound on Kansas Highway 99 and approaching the intersection with Road L, where the highway shifts from an east-west alignment to a north-south road. Berry missed the curve, kept going west onto Road 240 and hit a culvert at Roads 240 and L. Her vehicle then rolled into a ditch.
Emporia/Lyon County EMS took Berry to Newman Regional Health afterward. She had apparently non-life-threatening injuries.
