In the consolation semi-finals of the 101st Lyon County League Basketball tournament Thursday:
Hartford Girls defeated Southern Coffey County 59-36.
Hartford will play Waverly in the 5th place game Saturday.
Waverly defeated Marais des Cygnes Valley 54-37.
On the boys’ side, Marais des Cygnes Valley outscored Southern Coffey County 43-39.
Marais des Cygnes Valley will play Waverly in the 5th place game.
Waverly defeated Hartford 68-42.
The Championship semi-finals will be played Friday.
Beginning at 4 pm the Burlingame girls play Madison.
In the 5:30 game, Madison boys play Lebo.
In the 7 pm game, the Lebo girls play Olpe.
In the 8:30 game, the Olpe boys play Burlingame.
All 4 games will be broadcast on Country 101.7FM and on kvoetv.
