A Vassar man is in custody for alleged drug charges following a traffic stop in Osage County Friday.
According to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells, deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Kansas Highways 68 and 268 at 10:45 am. During the stop deputies allegedly discovered illegal narcotics inside the vehicle driven by 42-year-old Bradley Tevis.
Tevis was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Formal charges are currently pending.
Tevis is being held at the Osage County Jail at last word.
