The Emporia High basketball teams will be play at Topeka High Friday night.
The girls game will be a match up of ranked teams. The Emporia High girls are ranked 3rd in 5A while Topeka High is ranked 2nd in 6A.
Topeka High won the game played in December. Emporia High Coach Carolyn Dorsey hopes they can continue to play the way they have during their 4 game winning streak.
The Emporia High boys will also be playing for the Dean Smith Trophy. Spartan Coach Beau Welch says there are several keys to winning this game.
Game times at Topeka High are 6 pm for the girls and 7:30 pm for the boys. Both games will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
