One man accused of leading local law enforcement on two separate chases last year now has potential trial dates set for one of those alleged incidents.
Rolando Galindo has possible trial dates coming March 28, April 18 or May 23 after an alleged chase back in August. Before trial, Galindo has a motion hearing to revoke his bond atr 11:30 am Monday, followed by a motions hearing March 17.
Galindo is accused of felony flee and elude, aggravated assault on law enforcement, interference with law enforcement and drug counts in that incident. He is also accused of flee and elude, kidnapping, interference with law enforcement and other counts after allegedly taking a woman, driving from Emporia to south of Reading and barricading himself in a house in the 1800 block of Road Y before surrendering to authorities in December. His preliminary hearing in that case is March 30.
