A jury trial date has been set in a Lyon County case involving allegations of rape and sexual battery.
Brice Obermeyer is set for trial July 25, with a motions hearing now on the docket April 29.
Obermeyer is charged with rape in connection to an alleged incident with a person in their early 50s from last summer. Obermeyer is also facing charges of aggravated sexual battery, aggravated burglary, lewd and lascivious conduct, criminal restraint and stalking.
