The Wildcats used an 8-0 run in the first half to take the lead for good.
Kansas State had 4 players score in double-figures led by Nijel Pack with 20 points. Mark Smith finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Marquis Nowell scored 14 points and Mike McGuirl added 13 points.
The Wildcats are scheduled to host Baylor Wednesday night.
