Jalen Wilson led Kansas with 18 points and 11 rebounds, David McCormack added 16 points, Christian Braun finished with 13 points and Ochai Agbaji scored 11 points.
The Jayhawks are still in 1st place in the Big-12 standings by 1 game over Baylor.
Kansas plays Oklahoma on Saturday.
