The Emporia State softball team wrapped up play in the Alvy Early Tournament in Bentonville, Arkansas with a win and 2 losses.
The Lady Hornets began the day losing to the number 1 ranked team in Division II University of Texas at Tyler 8-4.
They bounced back with a 7-3 win over Upper Iowa.
And were outscored by Southeastern Oklahoma State 3-2.
The Lady Hornets are now 4-6.
They are scheduled to host the Emporia State Classic beginning Friday.
