The Kansas Jayhawks had all 5 starters score in double-figures in a 76-62 win over Oklahoma State Monday night.
Oklahoma State scored the first basket, Kansas answered with an 8-0 run and never trailed the rest of the night.
Ochai Agbaji led the way with 20 points. Christian Braun added 16 points. David McCormack scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Dajuan Harris also scored 12 points and Jalen Wilson finished with 11 points.
The Jayhawks next play at West Virginia Saturday night.
Kansas did move up to number 6 in this week’s AP and Coaches College basketball polls.
Gonzaga is ranked number 1 in both polls. Auburn is number 2.
Arizona is ranked number 3 in the AP poll and 4th in the Coaches poll.
Kentucky is ranked 4th in the AP poll and 3rd in the Coaches poll.
Purdue is ranked 5th in the AP poll and Duke is ranked 5th in the Coaches poll.
Out of the Big-12 Baylor is ranked 7th in the AP poll and 8th in the Coaches poll.
Texas Tech is ranked 11th in both polls.
Texas is ranked 20th in both polls.
Wyoming, which is coached by former Emporia State assistant Coach Jeff Linder with former Emporia State head Coach Shaun Vandiver as an assistant, is ranked 22nd in both polls.
