Lyon County commissioners have bids, purchases and agreements ahead with their action session Thursday.
Commissioners will consider a nearly $40,000 consulting agreement for temperature control improvements involving the Law Enforcement Center’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning system as well as a $6,500 supplemental engineering services agreement for replacing a so-called domestic water storage tank.
Commissioners also have several quotes to consider for equipment benefiting the Lyon County Highway Department.
The annual agreement between the county, Kansas Department of Health and Environment and K-State Research and Extension-Lyon County could be approved during the consent agenda, where several items are handled with one vote. Four executive sessions are also planned.
The meeting starts at 9 am in the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
