The presidential search committee for Emporia State University is in place.
The Kansas Board of Regents appointed 22 members for the committee. The search committee will advise the Regents as the search process continues.

The appointment of committee members follows the naming of Emporia State graduate Greg Kossover, the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Equity Bank, as the president of the search committee.
Interim President Ken Hush has been leading ESU since shortly after previous president Allison Garrett was named as the chancellor and CEO of the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education. George Arasimowicz, the provost who briefly served as acting president before Hush took over as interim president, recently resigned.
