COVID-19 caseload activity was fairly stable all week in Lyon County.
On Friday, Public Health announced 15 new cases to push the overall total to 10,054 over the past 23 months. This followed 18 new cases in Wednesday’s report and 15 from Monday, making a total of 48 cases for the week. It’s the lowest weekly total of the year after 78 new cases last week. It’s also well below the omicron-driven peak of 898 cases the week of Jan. 9.
Deaths remained flat at 112.
