The Emporia State baseball team opens MIAA play Saturday. They will be hosting Northeastern State.
The first pitch for the single 9 inning game is set for 2 pm at the Trusler Sports Complex.
The two teams will also play a single game Sunday at 2 pm and a single game Monday at 1 pm.
The Emporia State softball team will be playing in the Washburn Invitational beginning Saturday.
The Lady Hornets will play Wayne State and Missouri St. Louis Saturday.
Sunday they will play St. Cloud State and Southwest Minnesota State.
Monday they will play Minnesota Crookston and Sioux Falls.
The Emporia State mens tennis team hosts Friends in a duel.
Friday They defeated Ottawa 4-3.
Emporia State won the doubles point winning at 2 and 3 doubles.
Ottawa would win at 1,2 and 3 singles.
Emporia State rallied to win at 4,5 and 6 singles.
