Emporia States softball team will wrap up play in the Washburn Invitational Monday.
They will play Minnesota Crookston and Sioux Falls.
Yesterday they lost to St. Cloud State 8-1. The lone run was a home run by Bailey Flewelling.
In their second game, the Lady Hornets shut out Southwest Minnesota State 8-0. Brittanie Shepherd, Josie Harrison, and Maddy Broxterman each drove in 2 runs. Jayda Vanackeren was the winning pitcher tossing a 4 hitter.
