Emporia City Commissioners are holding an action session Wednesday afternoon.
Commissioners will consider a resolution for establishing a policy related to the sale of surplus real-estate property. An ordinance for a beer garden during the Dynamic Discs Open block party and an agreement and release of liability a project on Monkey Island at Peter Pan Park will also see consideration.
One executive session is also planned. The meeting will begin at 1:30 pm inside the Municipal Courtroom at White Auditorium.
