A Greenwood County woman was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in El Dorado on Tuesday.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 2:40 pm at Central and Village in El Dorado and involved two vehicles. A pickup driven by 58-year-old Crystal Louise Bumgardner of Eureka was turning from Central to Village, but Bumgardner did not yield to a westbound SUV driven by 65-year-old Bernice Weber of Garden Plain. Weber’s SUV then hit the Bumgardner pickup on the rear passenger side.
Bumgardner had suspected minor injuries and was taken to Susan B Allen Hospital in El Dorado for observation and treatment. Weber was not hurt.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
