For the second straight reporting period, Lyon County Public Health noted a new COVID-19 increase of fewer than 10 cases Monday.
Public Health reported 8 cases developed over the weekend putting the county’s overall total at 10,122 since the start of the pandemic in March of 2020. Last week’s overall total came to 60 cases, the second-lowest of the calendar year thus far.
Deaths remain unchanged at 112 with three cases still pending final cause information from the state.
