Before families head off on their spring break journeys, Healthier Lyon County and Emporia Public Schools are partnering on a special COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinic this week.
Both vaccines and tests will be available from 3-7 pm Thursday at Mary Herbert. Appointments are preferred by calling 620-208-3218 but walk-ins are welcome. Residents can get $25 gift cards, either for tests or vaccines.
Besides USD 253 Emporia, Healthier Lyon County is partnering with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, RADxUP and United Healthcare Community Plan on the clinic.
