No transports were needed following a single-vehicle rollover accident near Americus Tuesday afternoon.
Lyon County EMS and Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the intersection of Road 260 and F, a quarter-mile north of Americus, just before 1 pm for a reported injury accident. Full details are still pending, however, the accident involved a pickup truck.
A Lifsave helicopter was initially dispatched to the scene, however, it was canceled shortly after. The number of individuals in the vehicle and the extent of any injuries has yet to be released, however, the Emporia Fire Department tells KVOE News they did not transport anyone to a hospital after.
