16 First-round games are scheduled for Thursday as the NCAA Men’s Division I basketball tournament continues.
The last game to tip-off has Kansas, the number 1 seed in the Midwest Region, playing Texas Southern.
Kansas Coach Bill Self says Southern does not look like a 16 seed.

Tip-off is set for 8:57 pm in Fort Worth.
Kansas if they win will play the winner of the game between Creighton and San Diego State on Saturday in the 2nd round of the tournament.
Gonzaga the overall number 1 seed plays Georgia State with tipoff at 3:15.
Baylor, a number 1 seed. plays Norfolk State with tipoff at 1 pm.
Thursday’s first game of the day has Michigan playing Colorado State with tipoff at 11:15.
In Wednesday’s first 4 games:
Wright State outscored Bryant 93-82. Wright State will play Arizona Friday.
Notre Dame outscored Rutgers 89-87 in double overtime. They will play Alabama Friday.
