The CareArc board of directors will hold back-to-back meetings Tuesday.
The board will hold their regular monthly meeting during which time board members will receive the regular clinical, CQI and financial reports before reviewing the agency’s tobacco use, exercise and healthy eating policies. The annual risk management report will also be delivered.
Following the monthly meeting, the board will convene its annual meeting during which time the board will appoint new officers, ratify business and affairs from 2021 and approve necessary documents.
The meetings will begin at noon Tuesday via Zoom.
