A man accused of leading local law enforcement on a pursuit in December that ended with him barricading himself inside a vacant Lyon County home will be in court Wednesday.
Rolando Galindo has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 9 am inside Lyon County District Court. Galindo is charged with flee and elude, kidnapping, interference with law enforcement and several other charges after allegedly driving away from law enforcement in late December and taking a woman with him before he stopped at a house in the 1800 block of Road Y and stayed for several hours before he surrendered.
Galindo is also in the midst of a criminal case stemming from a separate alleged chase in mid-August of last year. He’s charged with flee and elude, aggravated assault on law enforcement, interference with law enforcement and other charges in that case.
