Flint Hills Technical College is excited for the return of its annual benefit gala and auction and apparently, so is the community based on recent ticket sales.
According to FHTC Vice-President of Advancement Mike Crouch, the college is anticipating a record level of attendance for this year’s gala. In fact, Crouch says they are nearing a sellout for the event.
With three weeks still to go before the event, Crouch says the college has decided they can still accommodate more residents and has increased the number of available tickets.
The prospect of a sellout event is an exciting one for the college after last year’s event had to be limited due to COVID-19 protocols. Crouch says this year’s event will be making a return to its more traditional format with very little in the way of COVID restrictions.
Tickets can be purchased online at FHTC.edu/Foundation or by calling 620-341-1380 and cost $60 for individuals or $440 for a table of eight. All proceeds from the gala benefit scholarships for FHTC students.
