Court proceedings will continue late next month for a man accused of leading local law enforcement on a pursuit in December.
A preliminary hearing for Rolando Galindo was continued Wednesday morning until 2 pm on Apr. 27. Galindo is charged with flee and elude, kidnapping, interference with law enforcement and several other charges after allegedly driving away from law enforcement in late December and taking a woman with him before he stopped at a house in the 1800 block of Road Y and stayed for several hours before he surrendered.
Galindo is also in the midst of a criminal case stemming from a separate alleged chase in mid-August of last year. He’s charged with flee and elude, aggravated assault on law enforcement, interference with law enforcement and other charges in that case.
