The Emporia High girls soccer team was outscored by Derby 2-1 in the 7th place match of the Titan Classic Saturday.
The Lady Spartans took the early lead on a goal by Karah Cooper. Derby tied the match with 11 minutes to play in the first half and took the lead with 8 minutes to play in the first half.
The Emporia High girls soccer team falls to 1-4 for the season they are scheduled to host Wichita Southeast on Monday.
