The Emporia State baseball team salvaged the final game of the 3 game series at Rogers State with a 10-0 win in 8 innings over the Hillcats Sunday.
Noah Geekie was the winning pitcher going 7 innings giving up 2 hits with 4 strikeouts. He was also 3 for 5 at the plate with 3 RBI.
Monday the Hornets play at Northwestern Oklahoma State.
