The Emporia State womens tennis team defeated Rockhurst 4-3 in a duel Sunday.
The Lady Hornets won the doubles point winning 2 of the 3 doubles matches.
Paige Stranghoner won at number 4 singles, Andrea Santiago won at 5 singles and Victoria Mackova won at 6 singles.
Rockhurst won the mens duel 6-1. Sergio Vera won at 4 singles for the lone win for Emporia State.
