Practice makes perfect, and around 50 gravel bike riders got in plenty of practice ahead of the premiere gravel riding event this past weekend.
Life Time held an Unbound Gravel training camp this past weekend welcoming riders from across the country to Emporia. Unbound Race Director Ben Sachs says this is a great event for riders of all skill levels, but especially those new to the sport.
Aside from the riding experience, Sachs says the training camp also offers a number of helpful resources and workshops.
Sachs adds that this weekend’s camp is also a great practice run for Unbound staff ahead of the annual series of races coming later this year.
All participants in this weekend’s camp will be back in Emporia in June as participation in the camp grants all riders entry into the signature series of races.
