After hundreds were nominated, the Gravel Cycling Hall of Fame has selected the seven individuals that will make up the inaugural Hall of Fame class.
The list of inductees includes Corey Godfrey, Dan Hughes, Rebecca Rusch, Chris Skogen, Mark Stevenson, Bobby Wintle and Emporia’s own Kristi Mohn. The inductees were chosen by a committee made up of cycling industry and media representatives, event organizers, and gravel enthusiasts.
The inaugural class will be enshrined on Wednesday, Jun. 1 in Emporia ahead of the official start of the 2022 Unbound Gravel races.
Established in 2021, the Gravel Cycling Hall of Fame recognizes the most influential and inspiring promoters, racers, and storytellers who have played an integral role in growing the sport of gravel riding. For more information on the Gravel Cycling Hall of Fame visit gravelcyclinghof.com.
